About us
Experience a sense of beyond
It is time to shake off the restraint of modern domestic living and limitations, to breathe deeply, to free yourself of boundaries and obstacles and allow yourself to be fully alive.
This feeling of liberation is the very essence of Freedom Yoga and Retreats.
Our vision
✺
For a liberated world connected to the ecosystems of self, of nature and of community. For all to find freedom from the conflicts of modern living and daily life and experience a sense of beyond, through the authentic, inclusive, sustainable and culturally appropriate teachings of yoga.
Our mission
✺
We will inspire freedom by enabling a connection to self, within the wider context of the world through inclusive, authentic yoga training, retreats for all, exploration, mentoring, travel and adventure. Delivered intentionally with ethics and sustainability in mind, we aim to unite our personal ecosystems of body, mind and energy, within the greater ecosystems of nature that we are all part of. By igniting authentic ancestral wisdom, we can sustain the self and experience calm, peace and liberation in our everyday lives. Nature is freedom and we are nature.
Here. We share.
We all need to be inspired and connect, and yoga is here to offer that to you.
Prepare to learn, experience, and grow, as we help you find your freedom in the way that you need it, right now.
“There is a freedom waiting for you on the breeze. And you ask ‘what if I fall?’ Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?”
